Daishin Kashimoto (樫本大進), a Japanese classical violinist, made his first appearance as a soloist in 1988. He is the first prize winner of the International Competition for Violinists in Cologne in 1994. He also holds the record as the youngest winner in history of both the international Fritz Kreisler Competition in Vienna and the Long-Thibaud-Crespin Competition in Paris in 1996. Other than recitals, Kashimoto performs with many internationally renowned orchestras, including the State Symphony Orchestra of Russia, NHK Symphony Orchestra, St. Petersburg Philharmonic, Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra and the list goes on. Since 2009, he has been the first concertmaster of the Berliner Philharmoniker.

Alessio Bax is an Italian classical pianist. He won the Hamamatsu International Piano Competition in Japan in 1996 and the Leeds International Pianoforte Competition in 2000. Bax has appeared as the soloist with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, London Philharmonic Orchestra, Hungarian Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo Symphony, St. Petersburg Philharmonic, etc. As a chamber music performer, Bax has performed with musicians such as Emanuel Ax, Joshua Bell, Steven Isserlis and many others.
